Accurate description. Comes with all the tools and extra pins. It doeas not look expensive but its very good for the price. Buckle is too large and oddly shapped. Well packaged, another pacgage over the pladtic in the pictures and an envelope. Sticker with thank you note. Good choice if you want multiple colors for not a lot of money.
